Bell pepper is a weak food item that was cut from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

It is still present in the game files, but can only be obtained through console commands. There's no obvious reason why it wasn't kept as a regular food item. However, it's plausible that it was meant to be an ingredient for another cut content item, an omelet for Yennefer.
