Leather sack is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
During the main quest Pyres of Novigrad, after first encountering Triss, she'll eventually need this sack recovered from the canal nearby after it was dumped by Kluhg to avoid being caught with it. The sack contains magic incense used in the next part of the quest.
