Lilly is a large bruxa of the Gharasham tribe^[1] and part of a trophy quest in The Witcher.

Together with several other bruxae, she killed a number of refugees who had sheltered in the swamp during The Viziman Uprising. Eventually, a reward was issued for her by the Royal huntsman.

If Geralt completed the contract: Lilly and her group were ultimately killed by Geralt.
