It is believed that they cannot tolerate the warmer climates of Redania or the tropical regions of southern Nilfgaard.[4] To the inhabitants of the Northern Kingdoms, white dragons are known only through the tales of fearless adventurers, who describe their scales as light gray to bluish white.[5] In the Far North, however, they are respected creatures.[4]
