Bauk[1] is a monster introduced in The Witcher 4 reveal trailer.
It is a bipedal creature with 6 arms that lives near the village of Stromford, whose residents sacrifice young girls to in the hopes it keeps the evil at bay. Bauk has the ability to smell one's fear and to be able to play with those traumas to paralyze its intended victim.[2]
