witcher

Eva was a servant in the court of King Vizimir, a spy and assassin who worked for Philippa Eilhart and appeared to be in a romantic relationship with her.

Biography

Eva was a loyal servant of the Redanian royal court, but her loyalty lay not with the king, but with her mistress, the court sorceress, for whom she often performed her most nefarious tasks. The threat that Vizimir, who had suddenly decided to meddle in the kingdom's political affairs, might strike a deal with Nilfgaard that would harm Philippa and Dijkstra forces them to act.

Before Queen Hedwig can meet Emperor Emhyr's envoy, Eva, on Philippa's orders, killed her and cuted off her head, which was then presented to Vizimir as a "gift" from Nilfgaard. Later, during a romantic encounter, Philippa and Eva discuss the strange sorceress who appeared at the meeting without uttering a word. The unusual portal through which she easily passed, bypassing powerful magical wards, was very similar to those used by Rience. The conclusion is obvious: the mysterious mage behind Rience worked for Nilfgaard.[1]

After the Thanedd coup, Eva received Philippa's order and killed Vizimir, slicing open his neck with a sword.[2]

The colloquy of the Northern Kings

Eva standed beside new King Radovid as he attends the meeting with the other rulers of the North. When Radovid abruptly exited the meeting room, Eva followed him close behind.[3]

Radovid becoming more stern

Approaching a surly Dijkstra, Eva informed him that a couple of people of interest to him have arrived. Eva later stops Vissegerd from executing Geralt and ordered Vissegerd to have the witcher be taken to Dijkstra and the bard Jaskier to King Radovid.

Afterward, Eva took Dijkstra's cane and helped him walk away as he was exiled from Redania by Radovid.[4]

In the city of Dillingen, an prisoners are being hanged their, until one of them claims he has information about mages. Eva shows up out of nowhere to claim this info, which leads to an interrogation where the Nazarian recounts how he worked for the mage Rience to capture a young girl with green eyes and ash-blond hair by giving her to a sorcerer named Vilgefortz. But as soon as he uttered Vilgefortz's name, his eyes exploded, killing him. However, the information he provided was enough to confirm to Radovid that the "Ciri" who Emhyr had in Nilfgaard was a fake.[5]
