Osmund was a witcher active during the tenth century.

Biography

During his training, Osmund befriended fellow witcher Reinald. After both became fully-fledged witchers, they often worked together on contracts. They also collaborated on developing standardized armor for their School. Osmund was particularly excited to meet with Reinald again, as he believed he had found the breakthrough needed to perfect the armor's design. Setting off from Kaer Morhen, he planned to meet Reinald in Novigrad.

However, before reaching Novigrad, Osmund suffered a severe head injury that left him in a coma. Upon awakening, his ability to speak—or even communicate in simple ways—was almost entirely lost. With Reinald having disappeared, the armor was left unfinished, and the diagrams were stored in Kaer Morhen's library.
