Will Tether is a mind manipulating command that allows to block certain intentions and thoughts from entering the target's will.
Officially, Will Tether was developed in order to protect the lives of people with suicidal tendencies – at least according to the Supreme Council's statement. In truth, it found a variety of uses in the security services, where it is used to control restive individuals. There are also gossips about slaves bound by this spell kept in the mages' towers.
As Mind Tether is more complicated than basic Mind commands, it requires drawing power from Earth so that the spell can last.[1]

| Effect: | At the basic form, changes the target into a passive puppet capable only of taking care of their physiological needs and answering simple questions. The harder form (modifier 4) allows to narrow the blockade to chosen thoughts or intentions, such as the suicide or fight. |
| Breach: | Concentration of level 7-x where x is a number of days that passed since the spell was casted. A caster can increase the level by 1 by spending additional 30 points of Power without limits. |
